Rivian's (Rivn) Electric Pickup Truck Is Getting Unique New Accessories

Rivian's (RIVN) electric pickup truck is getting unique new accessories. Worksport (WKSP) is launching aftermarket accessories for Rivian's R1T, including the solar-powered SOLIS truck bed cover.

Worksport, best known for its truck bed covers, is rapidly expanding its product line. The company announced this week that it plans to develop aftermarket accessories specifically for the Rivian R1T. Worksport says it is nearly complete with its existing line of tonneau covers for the Rivian R1T. These tonneau covers are designed to increase efficiency, protect the vehicle from the elements, and provide secure storage.

Building on its existing offerings, Worksport claims its SOLIS is the "world's first folding solar truck bed cover." According to Worksport, the solar truck bed cover can provide up to 650 watts of clean energy.

Combined with its COR battery system, Worksport's SOLIS cover can harness the sun's energy and store it for later use. The kit can be used to upgrade your next camping trip, worksite, or any off-grid location.
